1. Scope of Service Hub Al Souq provides a digital ERP platform for registered vendors to sell their products online across the UAE.
2. Platform Usage Rights Vendors are granted limited, non-transferable rights to access and use the platform for business purposes only. Unauthorized resale or distribution of platform features is prohibited.
3. Data Usage & Analytics The platform may collect and analyze vendor and sales data to optimize performance, improve services, and support marketing campaigns.
4. Service Limitations Hub al Souq does not guarantee uninterrupted platform access and reserves the right to perform maintenance without prior notice.
5. Liability Disclaimer Hub al Souq is not liable for vendor product quality, legal violations, delayed deliveries, or customer dissatisfaction resulting from vendor operations.
6. Marketing Permissions By signing up, vendors authorize Hub al Souq to use store name, logo, and product listings for platform promotions and campaigns.
Customer Terms and Conditions
1. Purchase Process Customers may browse, select, and purchase items from licensed vendors listed on the platform. Each transaction is processed securely via UTap.
2. Returns & Refunds Policies vary by vendor. Customers should refer to vendor-specific refund terms. Platform-wide return requests will be evaluated per UAE consumer laws.
3. Delivery Expectations Standard delivery timelines are 24 hours across emirates and 48 hours to remote areas. Tracking and notifications will be provided.
4. Loyalty & Coupons Customers can earn and redeem loyalty points and apply discount coupons at checkout (terms vary by vendor).
5. Privacy & Data Customer information is protected per our Privacy Policy and will not be shared without consent except for essential delivery/payment operations.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE.
